Auf der gleichen Etage befinden sich das erste Badezimmer mit Dusche und das erste Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett.
Eine Innentreppe führt in die obere Etage, bestehend aus einem Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbett und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage und WLAN ausgestattet. Den Gästen steht vor dem Haus ein eigener Privatparkplatz zur Verfügung.
Der gemeinschaftlich genutzte Außenpool steht den Gästen von 10.00 bis 12.30 Uhr und von 14.00 bis 18.00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist saisonal geöffnet und vom 15.05. bis 15.09. geöffnet. Der Zutritt zum Schwimmbad ist für Haustiere verboten.
