Das zweigeschossige Ferienhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von insgesamt 120 m² und bietet Platz für acht Personen. Im 56 m² großen Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Wohnküche mit Fernseher, Doppelschlafcouch und komplett ausgestatteter Küche mit Essbereich. Des Weiteren gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (160 x 200 cm) sowie ein angrenzendes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bidet. Im oberen Stock liegen die drei weiteren Schlafzimmer und ein zweites Badezimmer. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett (160 x 200 cm). Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und Bidet ausgestattet. Zwei der oberen Schlafzimmer haben einen 20 m² großen Balkon. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert.
