In the rolling hills of Prelato and about 5 km from the sea of Fano lies this charming holiday home, surrounded by 1 hectare of fenced grounds. The Roman town of Fano is famous for its history and its carnival, the oldest in Italy. It is about 150 km from Bologna and 65 km from Ancona. The holiday home offers on the ground floor a spacious living room and a beautiful dining room with fireplace; the kitchen opens onto a large equipped veranda for pleasant outdoor dining with a view of the hills. Upstairs, in addition to the sleeping area with 5 large bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is a bright billiard room. The garden offers plenty of space for relaxation; for children there is an area with play equipment and table football. For your relaxation in the outdoor area: hammock, deckchairs, rocking chair on the veranda, parasols and barbecue. The large pool is surrounded by a garden and fenced for the safety of children. The house is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, but also for visiting beautiful cities of art and medieval villages, as you are in the land of Raphael and Rossini. The coast is divided into Lido and Sassonia, both with low coasts, the first with a sandy beach, the second with a pebble beach. Among the most visited destinations are the city of art and UNESCO World Heritage Site Urbino, the fortress of Gradara (33 km), Ancona, the Sanctuary of Loreto (80 km). In the evening, the lively cities of the Adriatic coast await you: Rimini (55 km), Riccione (45 km), Cattolica (37 km). During the day, famous amusement parks on the coast offer entertainment for young and old. Not forgetting the food and wine experiences that will enrich your holiday!
