In a small village Majmajola, near Vodnjan, stands this lovely holiday home. Interiors are in good quality and nicely decorated. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden, which is complemented by a pool and terrace with a small kitchen. These facilities will certainly complement the atmosphere of a relaxed and pleasant holiday. If you want to visit one of the nearby beaches, the nearest ones are in Peroj and Fažana. Fažana, a small fishing village, is in summer full of true Mediterranean atmosphere. Many cultural and entertainment events are organized and boat to the Brijuni National Park departs daily from Fazana's pier. Also visit Vodnjan, known for its top quality olive oil, the city of Pula and Cape Kamenjak.

    “Haus sehr neu, alles sehr sauber, Ausstattung hervorragend (Kühl- und Gefrierschrank !), alles da was man braucht; herrliche Ruhe (eben weil etwas abgelegen).

    Gastgeber sehr nett, hilfsbereit, spricht Deutsch, kümmert sich sehr vorausschauend.

    Pool wunderbar, Garten sehr trocken - Nutzung der Wiese quasi nicht möglich oder nur mit wirklich festen Schuhen - was aber angesichts der großen Hitze und Trockenheit in diesem Sommer nur nachvollziehbar ist - und aus meiner Sicht auch richtig - keine Wasserverschwendung für Gartenbewässerung.

    Zwei Zimmer im Obergeschoss sehr schön und groß und jeweils mit eigenem Bad, das dritte Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit kleinerem Bett (1,20) und relativ eng aber man hält sich ja nicht viel darin auf.”

    “Mooi, verzorgd en recent gebouwd huisje, vooral de airco en de vliegenramen (muggen) zijn een pluspunt. Boven zijn er twee zeer ruime slaapkamers met zeer ruime badkamers. Er zijn meer dan voldoende toiletten verdeeld over het hele huis en buiten, 5 in totaal. Beneden is er een keuken, hier en daar misten we wat keukengerei, zo was er geen bestek voor 7 personen, maar de eigenaar heeft dit meteen in orde gebracht. Het zwembad was zeer proper, met een aparte buitendouche. Een leuke extra is het overdekt terras met een keukentje en een barbecue en de tuin met groenten, de tampoline, ..., enkel wat extra schaduw in de tuin zelf zou welkom geweest zijn, maar de aanplanting was nog iets te laag momenteel. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. We hebben een schitterende vakantie gehad hier.”
