This is one of two semi-detached houses with a private garden and with identical interiors. The houses charmingly furnished in a rustic country style are exclusively equipped and are quietly situated on a new-build estate without through traffic, within walking distance of the playing barn, the North Sea lagoon and the embankment.

Each semi-detached house provides around 130m² of living space with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The structurally identical houses each provide four spacious bedrooms, one on the ground floor, each with an LCD TV and plenty of storage space. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, while the fourth has two single beds, plenty of space to play and a dresser with ample storage space. Both floors have a bathroom. In the attic it is a large daylight bathroom with a bath, shower, WC and two washbasins. On the ground floor it is a smaller daylight shower room with a WC. After a trip to the beach you can sit in the sociable living room, with a fireplace stove providing pleasant warmth and two Chesterfield sofas inviting you to relax. A flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a TV USB port, a DVD player and video recorder provide entertainment and film evenings. The built-in kitchen with quality fittings enables convenient and comprehensive self-catering with a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic hob and a coffee machine, and all other necessary appliances. All the rooms are fitted with electronic blinds and under-floor heating. The bedrooms, terrace and bathrooms also have insect screens. The storage room has a washing machine and dryer (payable). Toddler equipment is available (e.g. crockery, cutlery, highchair, cot with a separate mattress and a safety gate for the stairs).

Each semi-detached house has plenty of space on the terrace with own beach chair and children can play on the lawn. The private garden sauna is ideal for relaxing. As a guest at these properties you can also benefit from free entry to the playing barn and the North Sea lagoon as often as you like.

The sea, cafés and restaurants, as well as riding facilities, await your visit 300 metres away. There is a bakery with warm and freshly baked rolls in the morning 150 metres away.
