House near the beach
A lovely, fully-equipped holiday apartment awaits you a minute from the sea, ideal for relaxing and for those seeking peace and quiet. It is in a quiet neighbourhood in the Famprika-Vari region on the island Syros.
The house is fully-equipped and provides modern comfort, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is ideal for 5-6 people. It has two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a large kitchen with all the necessary appliances (stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc.), as well as a comfortable lounge with a TV and stereo system.
There is a large veranda/balcony with a little garden, surrounded by a traditional stone wall. It affords an unrestricted view. At night you can see the lights of Mykonos, Naxos right opposite and Paros to the right. You have your own parking space.
It is about 7.5km to the harbour at Syra and 3km to the airport. Not far from the beach there is the little island Famprikas or Ambelos, which you can swim to. It is good to have a car to see the other places of interest at Syra, or there is a bus stop about 400 metres away on the central road to Ermoypoli. Beaches within a ten-minute walk include the organized beach at Vari on one side, where you can do shopping (minimarket, kiosk), have a drink by the sea, or enjoy fresh fish or a really good souvlaki in a taverna, while on the other side there is the quiet and beautiful Santorinioi beach, if you would like to enjoy a dip in crystal clear water away from tourist masses.
