The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and hollywood swing.

Krnica, district Hreljići. The villa is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.
