Comfortable country-style finca with five bedrooms with private bathroom, max. 10 persons. Finca Bilou is a comfortable countrystyle finca and located two km (approximately 62 miles) outside the authentic village of Aigües, only a 12-minute drive from the beautiful beach of El Campello, a short 20-minute drive from the bustling city of Alicante with its large and spacious promenade and only a 30-minute drive from Benidorm, known for its active nightlife scene and its beautiful beaches. For the active guests among us, scenic bicycle routes and hiking trails are easily accessible from Finca Bilou’s location. Golf enthusiasts can visit golf resort Bonalba, which is which is located nearby. We are looking forward to welcome you in our beautiful Finca.

Finca Bilou offers five contemporary but cozy style double rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom with shampoo & shower gel facilities as well as a hairdryer, coffee/ tea facilities, ceiling fan, for the colder winter evenings, the rooms are equipped with central heating( mandatory supplement) , free WIFI. All rooms connect with the outdoor patio area, which offers great views of the surrounding mountains. Finca Bilou offers a perfect retreat for individual guests and groups or families who want to enjoy some tranquility, relax and use Finca Bilou’s great amenities, while at the same time be in close proximity to experience everything this beautiful area has to offer. Free Wi-Fi is available in the guestrooms as well as in the general facilities. Parking on site is free. This spacious guesthouse features a large common area living room with a flat-screen TV (satellite TV) and a dining room with a separate toilet. The large and profesional stainless steel kitchen is equipped with good appliances including an oven, gas stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a bar with a BBQ pit which lends itself perfectly for outdoor living. The beautiful pool and outdoor jacuzzi (( can be heated in the early and late season for a fee. December to mid-February closed) are both surrounded by lush gardens where you can enjoy reading a great book. Guests can also enjoy the spectacular panoramic views from the big sunroof terrace, which can also be used for relaxation or simply for sun bathing.

Outdoor patio area with several seating arrangements with embrellas, 2 BBQ ,one on coal and one on gas (gas bottle can be rented, coal not included) , private pool with built-in jacuzzi ( can be heated in the early and late season for a fee. December to mid-February closed), roofterras with sunbeds and under the covered part some comfortable garden seats, garden with almond trees, olive tree, fig trees, pomegranate tree, palms and various plants, parking possibility for up to 5 cars, plot is detached and fenced.

If you like cycling, you can practice this wonderful sport without any problems. Our Finca is equipped with the following facilities and offer all kinds of services, personalized cycling routes, a bicycle storage center and a tool workshop that meet all the needs of every cyclist. In short, we are a bicycle-friendly holiday home Bicycle shed for 6 bicycles Workshop with professional tools Professional support for repairs Bicycle pump Car wash for the bicycle,Information about cycling and cycling routes in the area, a wide variety of routes divided into three groups: cycling, mountain biking and recreation levels General tourist information.The owners of Finca Bilou, who live next door to the Finca, can be found on the property 1 or 2 times a week with regard to the maintenance of the swimming pool and to take care of the plants of the patio. This is in the interest of all guests so that you can all enjoy this. Of course, your privacy is taken into account and we will mainly do this work if you are absent for a while or at a time agreed with you. Rest of the garden is equipped with automatic irrigation system. We are proud of our beautiful accommodation and therefore want our future guests, friends and family to enjoy our hospitality and service and maintenance is desirable.

Where would you rather spend more time; on a bicycle, the golf course, the tennis court, the paddle court, in a museum or on the beach? Active, relaxed or cultural? Finca Bilou is only a 30-minute drive from all of your desired activities. This makes us a perfect home base to start your (combination) holiday.

    “Prachtig huis in mooie omgeving, dichtbij leuk dorpje en kust! Kamers zijn smaakvol ingericht en faciliteiten allemaal perfect. Bij zwembad liggen is heerlijk. Overal zijn zitjes en fijne plekjes om boek te lezen of lekker te ontspannen.
    Badkamer ook fijn met heerlijke douche. Kamers waren ook prettig koel. Gastvrouwen zijn erg vriendelijk en kennen de omgeving goed. Veel tips voor leuke uitstapjes gekregen.”

    “Hidden gem in the mountains, recommended for families
    Rustic retreat hidden in the mountains, 20mins from Alicante and 30mins from Benidorm. Very family friendly (we were with a 2 and 5 year old) with toys, babycot and high chair. Comfortable and functional accommodation with in-room tea and coffee facilities. Delicious breakfast served every morning with real attention to details and preferences. Swimming pool with jacuzzi surrounded by almond and fig trees with mountain views and breathtaking scenery. Birgitta and Miep go the extra mile to ensure your visit is only a 5 star one. Recommended for families, couples, cyclists and hikers. A good base for those who want to explore the area but have the tranquility of the mountains.”

    “Van 1 t/m 4 juni jl. genoten van ons verblijf in Finca Bilou ( reserveringsnr. 1120). Mooi complex, prachtig gelegen in de bergen nabij nog echt Spaanse dorpjes maar tevens dichtbij o.a. bruisend Alicante aan de ene kant en Benidorm aan de andere kant. Met Finca Bilou als mooie relaxte uitvalsbasis, hebben wij hier vnl. gefietst ( prima geregeld ook ) in de prachtige omgeving en na een lange fietsdag was het hier weer heerlijk ontspannen.
    Na een prima nachtrust op goede bedden , de volgende morgen op de afgesproken tijd een lekker ontbijt op het buitenterras, heerlijk!
    Zowel het complex zelf als de ruime kamer waren zeer schoon en keurig netjes. Voor de 2 eigenaressen Birgitta Schuijt en moeder Miep Schuijt is niets teveel. Zij wonen naast het complex en spreken vloeiend Spaans. Wil je contact? , leuk, heel gezellig. Liever op jezelf? , ook helemaal goed!
    Wij hebben het hier top gevonden en we zouden dan ook graag weer terug willen komen..”

    “Deze B&B is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft een prachtige, rustige ligging maar toch slechts 15 min. van het strand. Alles ziet er netjes, schoon en verzorgd uit. De gastvrouwen zijn zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Al met al een aanrader!”
