Spacious holiday house with 4 bedrooms and private pool
Spacious 4 bedroom holiday house with private swimming pool is located in tiny village Sveti Kirin in Istria. This house is suitable for bigger families or group of friends. It is well equipped with up to date appliances and tastefully furnished interior. Plenty of fenced outside area allows guests to enjoy the privacy and indulge themselves in the careless and relaxed holiday. Cozy evenings on the terrace and BBQ diners are nice closure of the long summer day. Your children will be thankful for big outside space and playground. House is pets friendly. The location of the house is perfect for daily visits to different sites, as Medieval Istrian little towns with unique charm and atmosphere, local taverns, aqua land or Dino park, National park Brijuni or ancient town of Pula with its famous Roman Colosseum. Closest beaches are reachable within 10 km drive in a nice little place called Fažana.
The interior 130 m2 of the house consists of:
ground floor:
• open space living room with sitting couch and 2 arm chairs, dining table with 8 chairs, kitchen, exit to the garden and swimming pool
• 1 st double bedroom
• 2nd double bedroom
• bathroom (shower, wc, wash basin, bidet, hair dryer)
inside stairs leading to the first floor:
• 3 rd double bedroom
• 4 th bedroom with twin beds - sloped ceiling
• bathroom ( shower, wc, wash basin)
Equipment: kitchen cooker: 2 electrical + 2 gas ring, stove, air hood, refrigerator ( freezing compartment), coffee machine, water boiler, MW, oven, dishwasher, toaster
Living room : SAT TV, 3 x air- condition ( 1 in living room, 2 in bedrooms), wi-fi , parking (3 cars), safe deposit box, baby cot (on request)
Outside:
- BBQ, swimming pool 8,5 x 3,5 meters , 6 sunbeds, sun umbrella, outside shower, garden furniture
- children playground: 2 swings, 1 slide exclusively on disposal to the guests.
