The apartments have a private terrace/balcony with a beautiful view into the old town and the mountains. Bicycle parking space is available. Each apartment has an outdoor sitting area. There is a lovely interior courtyard with seating and a grill. A gazebo offers a sociable meeting place in any weather. The large terrace for relaxing provides sun loungers and a parasol. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children.
It is just a few minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets and to the lake with several great beaches. Ca’ due Olivi is an ideal starting point for many activities such as water sports, mountain biking, hiking and visiting the many places of interest in the area. Toscolano-Maderno is worth a trip in any season. Especially between October and January, the temperatures are mild and ideal for walks, hiking or mountain biking tours in the surrounding mountain regions. The old town district has little shops, services, restaurants and bars. The bakery open daily and the butcher are right opposite. In the neighbourhood there is also a small and well-presented wellness facility with a beauty centre. The nearby bicycle shop rents bicycles and offers guided cycling or hiking tours. It is just a few minutes’ walk to many restaurants and bars, small souvenir and clothes shops, as well as a range of leisure activities, sports and water sports. You can also find a golf course and riding facilities nearby.
