The family-friendly holiday home Can Siurell is so close to the charming town of Artá in the east of Mallorca that you can easily hop on your bike to get your morning pastry. When you arrive, you will find a carefully maintained holiday resort with an inviting outdoor area that is perfect for leisurely walks, sunbathing and a game of table tennis. There are three cosy terraces around the house, two of which are covered and provide an ideal setting for immersing yourself in Mediterranean summer evenings. On one side is the lounge terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the garden, which is lined with lush hedges and has unspoilt lawns and an easily accessible pool. The second covered terrace has a brick-built barbecue and serves as an outdoor dining area with convenient access to the kitchen. Although you share a wall with our neighbouring property Kelly, your privacy, personal driveway and exclusive use of the pool remain unrestricted. In addition, Can Siurell proves to be an ideal choice for cycling enthusiasts as it is conveniently located on a designated cycle path that winds through the gently rolling countryside of the Serra de Llevant.

The lounge terrace connects seamlessly to the ground floor interior of the finca. As you enter, one of the two modern bathrooms with a walk-in shower is directly to your right, while to your left you enter the spacious living/dining room through a sandstone arch. Adjacent to the living room, but still clearly separated, is the cosy, well-equipped country kitchen with easy access to the dining terrace. The three comfortable double bedrooms each offer a marvellous view of the garden, one of which even has direct access to a small terrace - an additional quiet spot with a far-reaching view of the mountains. Mosquito nets and shutters in all three sleeping areas ensure restful naps during the scorching hot midday hours. Would you like to use Can Siurell with just four people? The down-to-earth and family-friendly Villa Can Siurell is located just 2 kilometres from the Calvary town of Artà. Like Capdepera, Artà offers first-class shopping facilities. The town's Tuesday market is an event in itself. Beautiful (natural) beaches such as Platja de son Moll or Cala Agulla are only a few minutes away by car and a hike from Ermita de Betlem can end at Platja de Colonia de San Pere.
