Holiday apartment with air conditioning and dishwashers

The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, renovated in 2015 and is functional furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For common use are available: grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Rabac. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house. Parking spaces in front of the house depending on availability or free public parking spaces nearby.

Special
air conditioner. The air conditioning is on a card (chip card) and is charged at €1 per hour depending on consumption Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
