This residence is situated in Catania, very close to the beach with its crystal clear water at the Catani gulf, as well as at the foot of Etna. It is also just five minutes to the airport and easy to get to the centre of Catania by public or private transport. The Catania old town offers numerous cultural and historical sights.
In total, this small holiday complex offers 13 apartments. All the apartments are just 50 metres from the lovely sandy beach. They provide all the necessary comfort for a relaxing holiday amidst nature, by the sea with nearly 365 days of sunshine a year. The complex also offers very beautiful guest rooms for one to four people. The complex offers its guests many free services. All the apartments are equipped with a TV, wireless Internet access and air conditioning in all the rooms, as well as a safe.
Free parking spaces are available. The garden with a grill area is for shared use. The communal area on the complex also has a leisure area with snack and drinks machines.
In summer there is entertainment, a varied programme including karaoke or piano music.
A variety of trips can be organized through the residence. You can go on an exploratory tour to Etna, Europe’s largest volcano at over 3000 metres, or trips to Taormina, Castelmola and Isola Bella, or to Siracusa, the town of Archimedes, to name but a few of the possibilities. There are cooperations with local restaurants for well-priced meals. If you would prefer to explore the island independently then you can hire a car locally.

The residential unit also has a little terrace with a table and chairs. A parasol and two chairs for the beach are also available.
The individual apartments have an identical layout and only differ in terms of the wall colour. The accommodation was built just recently. Each apartment has a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a cooking corner, fully-equipped with an electric/gas stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery etc. A bathroom with a shower, bidet and hairdryer rounds off the apartment.
