This beautiful stone house with swimming pool was built over a 100 years ago. It was renovated recently with great attention paid to detail. Do enjoy the quiet location of the property, very near to St. Lovrec, not far from the popular holiday destination of Porec with its beaches and other places of attraction. The house is furnished with a harmonious blend of modern and traditional wooden furniture. The exquisite details made out of stone give the house a special touch. The house is set in pleasant atmosphere and is perfect for relaxation of mind and body. The pool and sunny terrace are ideal for relaxation and spending leisure hours. The surrounding areas with many interesting places are good for a day trip. Do visit the wineries in the region or the beautiful city of Porec with cultural monuments, restaurants, bars, and narrow streets with many art studios. Do not miss the street shows and events held in Porec. A visit to the taverns for savouring Istrian wine and local food specialities is recommended.

    “Wir haben Haus und Grundstück wie auf den Bildern vorgefunden. Der Pool- und Gartenpflegedienst kommt regelmäßig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert bestens. Kleine Unzulänglichkeiten haben wir der Betreuerin und im Bewertungsformular auch dem Vermieter direkt mitgeteilt. Wir kommen gern wieder!”

Die Dusche am Pool ohne Funktion. Insekten (Skorpione im Haus), krauchen aus offenen Fugen und Ritzen hervor. Schlafsofa ist ramponiert.
