Situated at just 10 km from the beaches of Versilia, and 1.5 km from the beautiful medieval village of Camaiore, this villa is a lovingly restored stone farmhouse with traditional terracotta window screens and a furnished porch, perfect for al-fresco dining, with barbecue and brick wood-burning oven.

On two floors, the villa, 160 sq m, is tastefully furnished with period furniture and valuable paintings. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a flat screen TV, and dining area, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (wood-burning oven, American-style fridge-freezer with sparkling water mixer, coffee maker, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave oven) with access to the porch, and a bathroom with shower. An old stone staircase leads up to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower enclosure and a hydromassage tub situated under the window so as to enjoy the view over the valley. Also installed in the bathroom are a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The large windows on the ground and first floors offer glimpses and unique views over the Apuan Alps, whilst in the garden sun loungers and, at exclusive use, a hydromassage soft tub for four are also available. Throughout the park are scattered precious stone and bronze statues, and at the back of the house there is a kitchen garden, shared with the other tenants of the park, offering fresh seasonal vegetable in the pick-your-own spirit.
