The holiday home, renovated in 2022 is a townhouse and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center, near the old town. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. This property is a historical and romantic accomodation.

Marano lagoon, 1 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot on the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (distance 100 m).
