Fully equipped holiday house with use of a garden
The little village of Zeulsdorf has around 100 inhabitants and was made part of Gera in 1950. The house is in East Thuringia, in the south-western part of Gera, which is 40km to the east of Jena and 70km to the west of Chemnitz by the A4.
The freshly renovated holiday apartment, which is in the annex to the owners‘ main house, can accommodate four people in total. A cot and highchair are available. The kitchen provides a dining table, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an electric stove and oven, a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Bathrobes, towels and tea towels are provided and can be changed on request. The beds are already made and additional blankets and pillows are available on request. A weekly cleaning service is included in the rental price.
There are parking spaces on site. A lockable garage can also be used for your car and bicycles. There is a storage room for sports equipment etc.
The site belonging to the house can be used for grilling, playing, sunbathing and relaxing. Please contact the owner if you would like to use a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
It is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment to the tram into the centre. It is a 15-minute ride into the town centre. There are shops about 1km away.
