The sunny house with pool and garden
This holiday house was built by an architect in 2001 and has a romantic appearance. It is centrally located between Budapest and Lake Balaton, about 15km from the town Szekesfehervar. It is about 3km to Lake Velence. The house is on a quiet road with local traffic only and no noise. It is an ideal place for families with children, because of the pool, and for trips to get to know the region.
The house is on two floors. The front door opens into the hallway of around 8m². From here you can access the cloakroom space, the toilet and a storage cupboard. The living room of around 30m² adjoins the hallway. It has a sitting corner with two leather sofas, each for three people. It also has a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, including Dutch channels, and a USB port, Bose sound system, a radio with Dutch stations, and a DVD player. The living room adjoins the open kitchen directly. The fully-equipped kitchen of 19m² includes a dining corner, a gas stove with four rings, a freestanding fridge with a freezer compartment and a microwave. Next to the living room there is a bedroom of around 14m² with two sofas that can be used as single beds (80 x 185cm). You go through this bedroom to the bathroom of around 5m², fitted with a bath, an adjoining shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. There is a spiral staircase from the living room up to the 4m² hallway on the upper floor, which comprises the master bedroom to the rear of the house (19m²) with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a terrace door opening onto the 5m² balcony, affording a view of Velence Lake. There is plenty of storage space in a cupboard with twelve drawers and a little wall cupboard. On the front side there is a further bedroom (11m²) with two single beds (90 x 200cm) and a folding bed (80 x 180cm), as well as ample storage space in a cupboard with six drawers. Between these two bedrooms there is a bathroom with a shower and a second toilet. The flooring on this floor is laminate and easy to clean. The whole house has central heating and each room has its own radiator. The house is also fitted with an alarm system and a surveillance camera, so it is secure when you are out on a trip.
The site of around 800m² is fully fenced, so is safe for children and pets. There is a terrace of around 42m² behind the house with garden furniture, a parasol, loungers, a little grill and a swing. The terrace looks out towards the pool (7 x 3.5m) for your own exclusive use. On the front side of the house there is a sitting corner under a large cherry tree. There is also a private and secure parking space for your car.
Within about three kilometres you can find various restaurants and everyday shops. Large supermarkets such as Spar, Lidl, Metro, Auchan etc. can be found in Szekesfehervar. You can enjoy sports such as water sports, riding, fishing, cross-country skiing or cycling within about 5km.
Please note that only one small dog is allowed.
