Holiday house on the ocean with a large patio
The detached, 150 m² house offers plenty of room for six people and located on the beach Playa El Medano. It is on the edge of town on a street with little traffic and borders a natural reserve.
The living room grants access to the 70 m² patio, which offers gorgeous, unobstructed views of the beach and the ocean. It is furnished with outdoor furniture. There is also an outdoor shower for your use. Pets are not permitted.
The holiday house offers three bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and the others with two single beds each (0.90 m x 1.90 m). The bathroom boasts a window, a shower, a sink, a toilet and a hairdryer. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dining table, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a microwave and a toaster. The adjacent living room boasts two sofas and armchairs and a television, which only receives local TV stations. Wireless internet access is also available.
The beach and the ocean are only 2 meters from the house. It is just a few minutes on foot to the centre of town, where you can find shops, cafes, ice cream parlours and restaurants. It is about 4 km to a boat rental and a golf course. The airport is about 8 km from the property.
