Holiday apartment on two floors with a terrace and a grill
It provides a total living space of 49m² on two floors. The ground floor has a big living room-kitchen with a built-in kitchen that includes a fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a microwave. A seating group in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. The separate hallway has stairs to the upper floor, which comprises a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) that is in the form of a gallery, providing access to the bathroom with a shower. Both the living room and the bedroom have satellite TV. Four people can herefoe be accommodated and it is possible to add a supplementary guest bed. A child’s bed can also be provided. Bed linen, crockery, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster are provided. Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the apartment. The house has oil central heatng and there are radiators in every room.
This beautiful, quietly situated holiday apartment is in the owners’ house in Gressow, a little village between Grevesmühlen and Wismar, not far from the B105.
Trip destinations include the Hanseatic town of Wismar, Grevesmühlen, the island of Poel, the Wonnemar leisure pool in Wismar, as well as many other places of interest. The Baltic Sea town of Boltenhagen invites you to relax, as does the sandy beach at Wohlenberg, to mention just a few examples of recreational activities available.
There is a terrace with garden furniture in front of the entrance, with a view into the garden. There are private parking spaces on site.
