Cosy holiday bungalow with private rowing boat
The comfortably furnished bungalow, right by the forest by Militzsee, provides five people the opportunity to enjoy and explore the surrounding nature. Militzhof belongs to the idyllic little town Crivitz. The bungalow is only separated from the lake by a track and a strip of forest (ca. 20 metres).
Garden furniture and a grill are available for the outdoor area. A rowing boat can be provided on request. There is sheltered parking space for bicycles and motorbikes on site. There is also a car parking space.
The 60m² bungalow has a generous dining space for up to six people, a fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, an open living room next to the dining space with a pull-out sofa corner (150 x 190cm), armchairs and a TV, as well as a little kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The walk-through room has a large wardrobe and a folding sofa (140 x 190cm), which one or two people can sleep on. The adjoining bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm).
The surroundings provide the opportunity to go hiking, cycling, motorbiking, or simply to switch off. There are shops, a hospital, restaurants, banks, doctors, public transport (bus and train) and petrol stations in Crivitz. The regional capital Schwerin about 20km away offers gastronomy, art, sport and a lovely sandy beach in Zippendorf. The Ludwigslust baroque castle, the ski hall in Wittenburg, the Güstrow nature and environmental park, the strawberry and visitors’ farm in Rostock, and the Baltic Sea are all within an hour by car. There is a farm with animals in the rear row of buildings.
Bicycles can be hired in Plate (with a drop-off and collection service). A fishing permit for Militzsee or a multiple lakes permit for the surrounding lakes can be provided for a fee by the owner, who lives locally. If necessary, you can apply for a limited fish license online at the Crivitz office.
