Three holiday houses in a typical Breton stone house, with a private terrace and a shared garden, only about 500 metres from the beach


The three terraced houses are in a converted, typical Breton stone house on an enclosed site in the quiet town of Guidel-Plages. It borders on Morbihan and the Fiistère. The town of Guidel has received an award for the quality of its beaches.
All three terraced houses measure about 57m² and can accommodate four people on two floors. They consist of a spacious living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate WC. The old stone walls have been restored and integrated into the renovation. You can make yourselves comfortable in the spacious living room with a dining table, in front of the TV or looking out onto the terrace. The adjoining open kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas stove, mini oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. The living room has some steps up to the second floor with the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide, the second has two single beds 90cm wide,. The bathroom and the toilet are on the same level as the living room. All the rooms have electric radiators. A cot can be provided on request.

The living room opens onto the sunny, private, south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a grill. You can share use of the shaded garden with a swing. You can park your car on site, with a space reserved for each house.

The house has been awarded the first prize by the town of Guidel for Houses with Flowers 2013/2014, in the category of holiday houses.

Guidel-Plage is the right place for a relaxing holiday. The beach is not far away (about 500 metres) and guests will be impressed by the varied landscape: dunes, sandy beach, streams, hiking trails. There are leisure activities for everyone, from surfing, kite surfing, sailing and kayaking, to hiking (GR 34 walking path) and cycling. Guidel about 3km away has various everyday shops, as well as restaurants and bars. A market is held there on Sunday mornings. The town of Lorient is about 15km away, Pont-Aven about 30km, Concarneau about 45km and Quimper about 59km. Locronan, the second most beautiful village in France in 2013, is about 70km from Guidel.

A small haven of peace close to the sea

500m from the ocean and the Laïta river, restored farmhouse divided into 3 gites of 57 m² each with separate entrance, located in a quiet village.

On the ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen (gas hob) open to the dining and living area. The French window opens onto the sunny south-facing terrace. Shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and the other bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.
Outside: shaded garden (swing for children) and closed car park.

Guidel-Plages is located on the border of Morbihan and Finistère, at the mouth of the Laïta. The town of Guidel is classified as a blue flag for its beaches. The town of Guidel is classified as a 2-star Surf Town.
You will be seduced by the diversity of the landscapes: ocean, dunes, fine sandy beaches, river, protected natural areas of the Loch, surf spot, kite surfing, stand up paddle, sailing, canoeing, playground for children, walk fishing.
Hiking or cycling enthusiasts, many hiking trails (GR34) and cycle paths nearby.
Guidel and its shops are 3 km away and its market on Sunday mornings.

15 km away, Lorient and the city of sailing, its interceltic festival of Lorient from August 7 to August 16, 2020, and the pier to visit the island of Groix

    “Haus und Garten/Gelände schön, Einrichtung zweckmäßig, Matratzen gut, Lage ruhig, strandnah, nette Vermieter, Sauberkeit gut, Mülltrennung gut, Preis okay
    Atraveo sollte differenziertere Hinweise auf Ausstattungsmerkmale geben, z.B. dass Spülutensilien (Spülmittel, Schwämme, Trockentücher), Toi-Papier, Seife, Handtücher, Fön nicht selbstverständlich sind u. mitgebracht werden müssen”

    “Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, jedoch ist alles notwendige wie Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backöfchen, Waschmaschine, Kochgeschirr etc. vorhanden. Die Betten sind solide und bequem. Das Häuschen ist sehr gepflegt. Mitten im ruhigen Wohngebiet in einem wunderschön bepflanzten, schattigen Garten, mit eigener kleiner Terrasse und Grill, ist es abseits der Durchgangstraße gelegen und daher sehr ruhig. Trotzdem ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg bis zum Hafen und zum Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Ein kleines Manko ist das Fehlen von WLAN im Haus, das aber im Garten ohne Weiteres funktioniert. Das Auto kann bequem am Haus abgestellt werden.”

    “Es handelt sich um ein schönes altes bretonisches Steinhaus. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich altmodisch und entsprach nicht ganz unserem Geschmack, aber es war alles sauber und zweckmäßig und das allermeiste vorhanden. Auch ein Hochstuhl und ein Babybett wurden sofort angeboten. Die kleine Terrasse mit Grill und Blick auf schöne Blumenbepflanzung hätten wir bei besserem Wetter gern mehr genutzt. Das Grundstück, auf dem im Nebenhaus auch die Vermieter wohnen, ist schön und sehr gepflegt mit einem kleinen Garten, vielen Blumen und Obstbäumen und einer Schaukel für die Kinder. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand. In 5 min trifft man auf Cafés und Restaurants, in ca 10 min läuft man weiter bis zu einem großen Spielplatz mit Half Pipe und weiteren Strandzugängen...”
