This beautiful wooden house is located in a lush green, dense garden area. The cottage is situated at the end of a small road. The house is equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom and is nicely furnished. From here, it is only a few metres to a beautiful, well-maintained beach, near an outdoor swimming pool, which may be used during the summer months for a fee. Skamlingsbanken, one of the most beautiful and historical viewpoints in Denmark, is located 45 minutes away from the house. There is also a restaurant in the vicinity.

    “Fernsehantenne defekt, war dem Vermieter seit Ankunftstag bekannt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kein Fernseher, obwohl am Montag gleich gemeldet und ein Techniker nachmittags vor Ort war. Am Abreisetag funktioniert der Fernseher ebenfalls nicht (die nächsten Mieter erleben das Gleiche?). Sauberkeit mangelhaft, Fenster mit Sicherheit seit Wochen nicht mehr geputzt.
    Ofenklappe musste mit einem Messer geöffnet werden, da der Griff defekt war, Dichtung mehrmals gerissen, seit Dienstag nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Kamin konnte seit dem nicht mehr benutzt werden, abends Heizkörper nutzen müssen. Die Töpfe sind zum Teil angebrannt, Die Whirlpoolverkleidung locker. Gartenmöbel wurden ebenfalls in diesem Jahr noch nicht gesäubert.
    Wir könnten noch etliche Dinge aufzählen (Türgriff defekt, Toilettendeckel locker usw.).
    Dieses Haus stellt eine starke Wertminderung dar, denn abendliches Kaminfeuer und deutsches Fernsehen gehört für uns zur Qualität dazu.
