This contemporary property with pool is located in the wooded hills of the town of Apt and is ideal to benefit extensively from the exceptional climate of the Vaucluse. Apt is the capital of candied fruit and is therefore affectionately known by the French as the jam kettle. The 2,000 m² natural plot spoils you with a very beautiful view and spacious, sun-drenched terraces that invite you to laze around. The very large living room with an open and modern kitchen is bright and comfortable. On the first floor you can also expect a master bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a children's bedroom. On the upper floor there is another bathroom and two nice bedrooms with access to an inviting balcony. A discreet and very helpful housekeeping couple occupies the back of the villa. You live here in the department of Vaucluse, which invites you to bike tours and walks in a hilly nature. The destinations of your excursions could be the beautiful ochre rocks of Roussillon, the majestic Mont Ventoux, the Colorado of Provence or the ochre rocks of Rustrel or the mysterious Sorgue spring. The mountain villages of Gordes, Bonnieux, Ménerbes and Lacoste are also worth a detour, which you can reach, for example, via the beautiful gorge Combe de Lourmarin with the river Aigue Brund and impressive limestone cliffs. This gorge is also the gateway between the northern and southern Luberon and forms the border between the Petit Luberon or Small Luberon to the west and the Grand Luberon or Great Luberon to the east. Take a detour to L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, popularly known as the Venice of Provence, which offers a multitude of outdoor cafés along its canals as well as plenty of flea market vendors and artisans. To the south, the mountain Sainte-Victoire, which often served the famous painter Paul Cézanne as a motif for his paintings, and the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department with a lot of untouched nature lie at your feet. This very nice vacation accommodation with pool promises you an unforgettable vacation in a region where there is so much to discover.

    “Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Grosszügig geschnitten, so dass alle einen Platz für ein paar Minuten alleine finden. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, günstige Lage für verschiedene Ausflüge”

    “Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderschöner Aussicht und tollem Pool. Der Vermieterist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, bei Problemen oder Sonderwünschen sofort zur Stelle, ansonsten merkt man eigentlich nicht dass er am gleichen Grundstück lebt. Besonders toll ist die den ganzen Tag schattige Veranda direkt am Pool und für die Kinder der Garten mit Trampolin und Schaukel.
    Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer schön wenn auch ein Teil der Betten wie in Frankreich teilweise üblich eher schmal ausfällt und nur über eine breite Decke verfügt. Dafür ist es sauber und Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, diverse Reiseführer, gutes WLAN und vieles mehr vorhanden.
    Wir (4Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit verbracht.”

    “Nog steeds een vrij recent en heel goed uitgerust huis/villa!

    Zéér ruime living/keuken. Zelfs met 8 volwassenen loop je mekaar zelfs binnen niet in de weg. Keuken ook voorzien van de nodige apparatuur om te koken/ af te wassen voor groot en klein. De twee badkamers (elk met douche) en twee aparte toiletten werden enorm geapprecieerd. Er is ook een wasmachine aanwezig + strijkplank mocht je tussendoor iets willen wassen. Dus geen overvolle koffers nodig. De slaapkamers zijn én compact én toch voorzien van meer dan voldoende opbergruimte. Zonder airco kan het er 's nachts warm zijn, maar je kan gerust een raam en rolluik open laten.

    Privé parkingplaatsen (niet zichtbaar vanaf de weg, in open lucht) voor misschien wel vier of vijf wagens. Enorm terras (ong 20m op 3m) waarvan 1/3 overdekt is. Ruim en proper zwembad met 8 ligzetels en voldoende ruimte errond om de zon te volgen. Het zwembad zelf ligt de ganse dag in de zon. Tussen de bomen door toch wel een mooi uitzicht op de vallei en heel in de verte de Mont Ventoux.

    Het afgedekt gedeelte van het terras is ideaal om buiten te eten. En ook binnen is er een eettafel met plaats voor minstens 8 personen. Er is ook een TV aanwezig met Canal+, dus wie 's avonds een film wil opvragen kan dat, en mits wat zoeken vind je ook hoe je die film in niet gedubde versie kan bekijken. Voor de tieners misschien niet onbelangrijk.

    De eigenaars (we hebben enkel Thierry ontmoet) wonen helemaal apart aan de andere kant van het huis, en zijn tegelijk zéér discreet en toch bereikbaar mocht er iets zijn. Zo was op een dag de internet modem defect, en is Thierry die dezelfde dag komen vervangen. Voor tips voor restaurants moet je ook bij hem zijn.”
