The apartment is located in a private holiday house in Crikvenica on the Adriatic coast, with a balcony and a loggia, a view of the garden and the sea, 100 metres from the sand and pebble beach, on foot 2 minutes to the sea and beach !

The superior 3-star apartment with its own entrance separate ensures a private atmosphere and has two bedrooms for four people, with the possibility to add a supplementary bed (futon bed) and a cot, a living room with a sitting area and a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer). Air conditioning, three fans, a safe, Wi-Fi access, satellite TV are available.

It has a balcony and a loggia with a view towards the island Krk and the municipal gardens. There is an enclosed parking space in the courtyard. There is a grill terrace in the garden with three sitting areas on request.

Air condition, INTERNET wi-fi, SAT TV, all kitchen equipment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, cofee filter machine, refrigerator, utensiles, bedding and towels and "safe kit"-pandemic complete with 4 gloves, 4 masks, disinfectant for guest family., hair drayer.

The sand and pebble beach are 80-100 metres away. It is also close to the central park with Mediterranean plants, music and dance on summer nights, the harbour, shops, cafes, a bank, casino, museum, aquarium, restaurants etc, all within 500 metres. A car is therefore not necessary, as everything is within walking distance. There are children's playgrounds 250-400 metres away. The location offers entertainment, recreation, sports activities and leisure for the whole family.
