This pretty house in the countryside is the ideal accommodation for a quiet vacation.

Dating from the late nineteenth century, the house has retained its original charm and enjoys a beautiful location on a small hill, away from any noise pollution. You can enjoy your lunches on the terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. A staircase connects the panoramic terrace with the garden below. Two of the four rooms are connected to each other.

2 km away, the small town of Lavardac awaits with local stores and a weekly market. From Lavardac it is 6 km to Nérac and 30 to Agen, and the is halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse. The nearby Forêt des Landes invites excursions along its many forest trails, or take a bike ride along the Canal du Midi. Wine lovers should visit the Caves de Buzet, ten minutes away.
