This lovely country house is the great place to spend excelents holidays in family.
This simply but very cozy & rustic country house invites you to have quality time with your family. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and one bathroom with bathtub. Has a lovely kitchen in a open concept with living/dinnig room and offers a lot of spacious area to welcome people.
The outside offers you a nice swimming pool and also a nice terrace to enjoy excelent bbq on the sunshines evenings. Also provide sunbeds and garden furniture to be comfortable on the outside areas.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- Optional wood for fireplace at 10 Eur/day
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

    “Volle Ausstattung, es fehlt an wirklich nichts, die volle Ruhe da das Grundstück im Landesinneren ist, keine Klimaanlage aber Ventilatoren sind genügend vorhanden. Am besten Abends bis Vormittags durchlüften da die Nachttemperatur abkühlt. Kleines Pool wird öfters vom Besitzer gereinigt. Wir hatten absolut keine Mücken, notfalls sie alle Fenster mit Fliegegitter ausgestattet.”
