This accommodation offers a marvellous view of the Chianti countryside and the medieval village of Barberino Val d'Elsa. The house is divided into three cosy and well-furnished apartments that do not communicate with each other and can accommodate up to 14 people. This accommodation is ideal for groups or families who want to spend a holiday together while enjoying their privacy. The adjoining separate barn is equipped with spacious communal areas. The house is surrounded by a large plot of approximately 5,000 m2 with various green areas and a well-kept, fully equipped garden, where there is a swimming pool (6 x 12 metres, depth: 1.40-2.20 metres) for the exclusive use of guests. Access to the house is via a 750 metre long gravel road, which is not suitable for low-slung cars and sports cars. The farmhouse and the barn are not connected. Distances: 1.5 km Barberino Val d'Elsa (grocery shops), 3 km Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, 20 km San Gimignano, 30 km Florence, 35 km Siena.
