The nearby pebble beach and nice setting are the main characteristics of this house with several holiday apartments. The apartments are comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. Morning coffee guests can sip on a nice balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea. Apartments CDT457, 458 and 459 are located on the ground floor, while CDT182, 183 and 184 are placed on the 1st floor. CDT181 is located in the attic, where the lowest ceiling height is ca. 120 cm. To the house leads cca. 50 m long stairway and the parking lot is located approx. 200m from the house. A smaller fitness room is at your disposal for shared use. Visit the nearby town of Omis and its famous sandy beach. We also recommend a visit and tour of the historic city of Split, the largest city in Dalmatia.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
    Einziger Nachteil: das Haus liegt am Hang und ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar, was bedeutet, dass man das Gepäck den Berg ca. 80m hinunter und bei Abreise auch wieder hochtragen muss. Es empfiehlt sich, das Gepäck auf mehrere kleine Gepäckstücke zu verteilen und sich gut zu überlegen, was man wirklich benötigt.
    Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt in ca. 400m, der zu Fuß erreichbar ist.”
