This beautiful and spacious vacation home with private pool is located in the coastal village of Modri? near Starigrad. It has enough air conditioning, which provides a pleasant indoor climate even on hot summer days. On the ground floor are billiards, table soccer and fitness room, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. On the upper floor there are another three bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room with kitchen and dining area.
Modri? is a Mediterranean fishing village with a beautiful pebble beach. For those who are looking for sport adventures and adrenaline in the mountains, we recommend the National Park Paklenica or the river Zrmanja, with possibilities for rafting. One of the bigger cities near Starigrad is the city of Zadar, which has a lot of sights, such as the 'Sea Organs' and the 'Greeting to the Sun', which you should definitely visit during your vacation.
