Welcome to our beautiful holiday flat in St. Moritz! With over 100 m² of living space, this 4.5-room flat not only offers you plenty of room to spread out, but also a breathtaking view over St. Moritz and the surrounding mountains. Its size and furnishings make it ideal for enjoying a relaxing family holiday. The accommodation offers you 3 cosy bedrooms with double beds and 2 modern bathrooms. The integrated underfloor heating and electric fireplace provide cosy warmth and a homely atmosphere. In the large living room, there is space for the whole family to relax in front of the panoramic view of the mountains. From the free parking space in the underground car park, you can easily reach the flat on the 4th floor by lift. You can cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. The location of the flat is extremely favourable. It is located in a quiet part of St. Moritz. It is only a 4-minute walk from the front door to Lake St. Moritz. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right next to the house.

Enjoy this central location, without a car, for walks such as the lake circuit, the indoor pool, or the spa with its thermal springs, the cross-country skiing centre and the "Signal cable car" which takes you directly to the skiing and hiking area - with connections to Corviglia and Piz Nair.
Directly opposite the flat is the bus stop for the "Ortsbus", lines 1, 6, 9 and the Post Auto bus stop is 200 metres away. From St. Moritz railway station it is a 1.5 km walk, by bus 8 minutes.
