The apartment with an area of 105 m2 is on the 2nd floor, the house has an elevator. The layout includes two bedrooms, a hall, a kitchen and a large living room with access to a balcony, as well as a bathroom and a toilet. The apartment is decorated in light colors. There are a sofa and a plasma TV in the rest area. The large kitchen is equipped with the necessary household appliances for cooking and a complete set of all required cutlery.-To arrange an early check-in (8:00 am) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service, contacting the owner via the tab "Ask owner". Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.-All our services in Kyiv: additional cleaning, rent of the additional apartment, prolongation of apartment, transfers and etc you can pay by credit card.-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
