Charming cottage on a very private plot with panoramic views of the water.

This cozy vacation home is situated on a large, quiet natural plot on the south side of the Aabenraa Fjord. Here, a staircase leads directly from your vacation home to the beach, where there are swimming and fishing opportunities. Both from the house and from the terrace you have a panoramic view of the water. The cottage has a nice kitchen, dining room and living room with wood stove and access to the terrace on the first floor. You can relax in front of your fireplace on cold days. In addition, there is a TV room, bathroom with bath and shower, a guest toilet, as well as a bedroom with two beds and finally an entrance hall with stairs to the second floor. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, all with two beds.

Aabenraa is located in the southeastern part of South Jutland. The historic town is located on the coast and has good beaches and a boat harbor. In addition, there are many opportunities to experience the nature around Aabenraa, either walking along the Hærvejen or on the Kløverstierne in the center of town. Here you get a good starting point for excursions in South Jutland. Within half an hour by car you can reach the historic cities of Haderslev, Sønderborg, Tønder or Flensburg.
