Enjoying a family holiday and having a perfect location that maintains the balance between the rural and the urban is possible thanks to this new accommodation from Cubo's Holiday Homes. You will enjoy a quiet, private and intimate atmosphere, surrounded by a small community of independent houses and the area is very quiet and you do not have to fear for your privacy because there are no houses around.

Ideal for families with children or teenagers, the good location of this accommodation will allow you to discover (if you travel with a vehicle or rent one through our website) for example, El Caminito del Rey in Ardales, the beaches of Malaga, Selwo Aventura Estepona, the inland towns of Malaga next to the recently nominated Sierra de las Nieves National Park and of course, discover the centre of Malaga in all its splendour with its museums, theatres, gastronomy and urban landscapes.

Even if you are on vacation, you will surely have to work remotely (we hope not) at some point during the day, but you can do this without any problems because the accommodation has a FIBER OPTIC internet connection with 300mb symmetrical. Also, if you need to accommodate a work group, this accommodation is ideal for this.

Access to the accommodation is easy and there is space inside the accommodation to leave your vehicles (Max 4) within the premises. The entire plot is fenced and you can rest easy with the little ones in the house.

You will have access both through an individual door and with a manual door to have access with your vehicle. At the entrance to them you will see the balance of the house between construction and pool, showing the covered porch that gives access to the accommodation, and with space to play, sunbathe, barbecue area, everything within your reach to enjoy the vacation that you and your family deserve.

From the entrance you will see that the accommodation is prepared for your perfect holiday. A corridor from the entrance leads you to the living room with a fireplace (firewood is not available, you have to buy it yourself) where you can enjoy good times with the family having lunch together in this cosy living room, watching the Smart TV or reading a book.

The independent kitchen is spacious and comfortable, you will have everything you need so that preparing your lunches is not complicated to prepare, it has all the small appliances possible so that cooking is a pleasure. If you are travelling with the little ones in the house, you can feed them at the wooden table available in the kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a closed laundry room, where you can wash your clothes, hang them comfortably and if you need to iron, you can do it too, although this space is also ideal for enjoying tea with a book in the morning or to escape a little from reality by looking at the landscape. One of the rooms has a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower en suite.

The accommodation's bedrooms are spread over two floors. On this same floor, where we find the living room, kitchen and full bathroom, we can enjoy 3 bedrooms with double beds, all with wardrobes or furniture to safely store your luggage, windows facing the outside that make these bedrooms very bright. The other 4 beds are available on the upper floor, where these four single beds are in a very large attic with a childlike character. It also has a television where you can keep the little ones in the house or teenagers entertained, this attic room will be the meeting point for the little ones. It has windows and air conditioning, the attic windows have a security key and only adults can open them.

On this same upper floor, where the attic is located, there is also a large terrace where you can sunbathe and have some privacy and rest.
