Welcome to our Eugenhaus! Since 1683, the stately farmhouse has stood in the centre of Bickelsberg, a district of Rosenfeld in the enchanting Kleiner Heuberg region of the Zollernalbkreis. In the mid-80s, our father, a skilled painter and decorator, bought the dilapidated half-timbered house from Eugen and restored it extensively to his treasured showcase. In the large apartment on the 1st floor, we combine some of the nostalgic furniture of that time with new pieces to create a fascinating and cozy look. Colours draw you in, comfort pulls you in closer and there is something different to discover in every corner. Two large bedrooms, the new fitted kitchen with a round table at the heart of the farmhouse parlour. The family worked together to build, paint, saw and sew – everyone helped. The result is a wonderfully different holiday home, especially for you. New in summer 2022: our Eugenhaus-Loft! All the way up under the roof is where it's the coziest! Here you can relax, cycle, hike and discover. For nature lovers and as a starting point for wonderful days out from the Swabian Alb to the Black Forest, between Lake Constance and Stuttgart. Then home to the cosy parlour and a relaxing evening. Please note that parties are not allowed. Our holiday homes are to be used for holiday purposes only, assemblers only on request.

Walk in and make yourself at home. All the way up under the roof is where it´s the coziest! Old, rustic wood combined with sunny yellow and chic black add up to a comfortable atmosphere in our Eugenhaus-Loft. The Eugenhaus-Loft is located on the third floor and is accessible over the staircases at the backside and inside of the house. Unfortunately, our apartment is therefore not barrier-free. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, glasses, pans, pots, .... Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, dustpan and brush. You´ve hiked, cycled, discovered - back from the trip and you can relax as the evening draws in. Living and dining room: a bit industrial, casual, cosy, something different. Books and games, TV/Radio. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 180 x 200 cm, including bed linen. Childrens´ Bedroom: up the ladder under the roof. 2 beds, 80 x 200 cm, including bed linen. Bathroom: Styling zone with washbasin, shower, toilet. Includes hair dryer, hand and shower towels. What else? Wifi free of charge. Washer and dryer free of charge. Cot and high chair available upon request (please specify when booking). Seating in the garden and in the yard. 1 car parking space. For classic car friends a garage can be booked, for a fee.
