Very beautiful 2-family house "Vue Solidor", 2 storeys, terraced, renovated in 2022. In the district of Solidor, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. Public parking on the road. Grocery, supermarket 750 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 650 m, bus stop "Saint Servan" 700 m, railway station "TGV st Malo" 2.2 km, ferry "Gare maritime du Naye" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Solidor" 50 m (small), thermal baths "Thermes marins de St Malo" 3.7 km.
