On the outskirts of the charming village of Montboucher sur Jabron, adjacent to a traditional Provençal farmhouse, lies this beautiful modern house with lovely private pool and large sun terrace surrounded by lavender fields. The house is ideally located in the Rhône Valley, known for its tourist route of the famous AOC wines of the Côtes du Rhône, very close to Montélimar with its imposing Porte St Martin, which marks the entrance to the old historic center. This thriving town, classified as a tourist resort and dominated by its castle of the Adhémars, allows you to set off on foot to stroll and dine along the charming shaded Allées Provençales or in the cobbled streets with their stores. Visit the miniature museum and, for young and old, the Palais des Bonbons du Nougat et des Souvenirs, a smorgasbord of sweets and dolls. A few kilometers away, lovers of golf can pursue their hobby on the magnificent golf course de la Valdaine. Nearby you can also enjoy swimming in lakes and rivers and go fishing.
