The old Tingshuset Ragunda
Next to the beautiful Ragunda Court House is the former caretaker's house. The house is tastefully furnished for 4 people. The house consists of a beautiful spacious living room, 2 bedrooms for two people each and a folding extra bed. Functional kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The house is located on the grounds of the Court House. You have a beautiful view of the Ragunda valley and Ragunda's old railway station, which is unfortunately no longer in use. From the house you can go straight into the forest where there are forest paths to walk on and in winter there are ski tracks and snowmobile trails nearby. This is a house for those looking for peace and quiet and beautiful nature.
Final cleaning is mandatory and is added to the rent.
Bed linen is mandatory, but you can bring your own or rent from us.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, check-out from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
In the old courthouse you will find a cosy living room with wifi and TV. spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy cooking here. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower.
Duvets and pillows are provided. You are required to use bed linen that is not included in the price you can bring your own or you can rent it from us.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
The property is next to the old court building, which has been completely renovated. Outside, you can park your car and there is a seating area.
The house is located in the village of Ragunda. In the village Hammarstrand 5 minutes by car you will find 2 supermarkets, liquor store, bakery, pizzaria, do-it-yourself shop and a petrol station. Ski lift with ski rental, toboggan run and snow racing track.
We can also book your winter activities ice fishing, dog sledge, snowmobile safari.
