Schubladen der Küche bleiben an der Eingangstür hängen, welche von innen auch renovierungsbedürftig ist. Der Balkon ist fast größer als die Wohnung selbst aber kein Ausblick da Trennwände viel zu hoch. Verglasung an der Balkontür notdürftig verklebt. Die Nasszelle ist sehr klein.
