The holiday home, modernised in 2023, is located separately on the owner's very well-kept 1100 sqm residential property. Restaurant, shopping and bathing area at the Bodden are within a radius of 1 km. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, LCD TV, radio/CD), an open kitchenette (small dining area, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed, guest bed or cot and high chair to add), shower/WC (FB heating) and central heating. At your disposal: large, roofed terrace with seating furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, 2 bicycles, bicycle storage and car park. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The Vineta town of Barth is a state-recognised resort on the Bodden of the same name near the Fischland Darß Zingst peninsula. The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst is approx. 10 km away. The town has a historic town centre with restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Nearby is the harbour with boat hire and passenger boat trips to the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, the island of Hiddensee and crane watching. The River Barthe, which flows into the Bodden on the outskirts of the town, offers good fishing opportunities. The well-developed network of cycle paths enables extensive cycle tours through the entire region. Day trips to Stralsund, the gateway to the island of Rügen (30 minutes by car) or to the Hanseatic city of Rostock (60 minutes by car) are also worthwhile.
