This beautifully restored Maison de Maître offers a tastefully furnished apartment providing an ideal setting for a romantic escape. The property comprises three apartments, each comfortably accommodating two guests. Located just steps away from Nyons' historical centre, the residence is situated on the riverside. Direct access to river bathing is available right in front of the house.

The first-floor apartment includes a living/dining room, a veranda with picturesque views of the river, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, and a well-equipped shower room.

Shared outdoor spaces include an intimate garden with seating and loungers, a Roman-style basin pool, and river beaches near the famous Roman Bridge. Additionally, the renovated cellar of the house can serve as a cool relaxation area, meeting room, or space for tasting regional products.

Parking options include street parking and nearby public parking, or a private garage is available upon request for an additional fee. To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, pets are not permitted on the premises.

The house is located in the centre of Nyons with a magnificent view of the river, the Roman Bridge and the mountains. You’ll find a public swimming pool less than 500 m from the house. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Large Provencal market every Thursday.
