You don't have to be a romantic to understand that this beautiful, modern and very tastefully furnished villa Ca Ses Nines with its perfect secluded location is a sensational holiday home for couples. It is therefore offered at a reduced price for two holidaymakers, although the layout would also be suitable for a group of two couples who would like to share this particularly beautiful villa. The living area is connected to the terrace by three large rectangular glass panes. This means that this room, which is already bright, becomes even more stunning as lots of extra light floods through. In this large living room you will find all the facilities you need. The first thing that catches the eye is the separate white day bed with its pink striped cover. From here you have a great view of the lovingly designed garden. There is also a relaxing sofa set in front of the LCD TV by the front window. The shaded areas in front of the large windows serve exclusively to protect you from the sun thanks to the fantastic secluded location, meaning that nobody can see in and you can move around the house freely despite the large windows. In the rear area there is a dining area consisting of a white table and six chairs in a trendy country house style. The dining area is located in front of the open-plan kitchen. The white fitted kitchen fits perfectly into this bright room, and the technical equipment is housed in base units, making it easy to cater for yourself on holiday. The crockery is stored in a discreet wall cupboard integrated into the wall. The floor is almost white, the walls are painted white, with only the light-coloured wooden beams providing a nice contrast, a contrast that is subtly contained in the stylish wooden furniture with a vintage effect.

One of the bedrooms is located in the basement next to this living area. It is furnished with two single beds side by side. The wooden sliding windows and the interior wooden shutters can be used to darken the room and the rough wall made of seemingly raw sandstone blocks lends charm to the rural character of this house with state-of-the-art equipment. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a floor-level shower, also with high-quality white fittings, with contrasting brown mosaic tiles. A wooden staircase leads to the second bedroom on the upper floor with its own bathroom. A light-coloured wooden floor completes the look with the beige upholstered headboard of the comfortable 1.60 m wide double bed. The wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe is concealed behind an elegant beige sliding curtain. Delicate accessories such as a pretty bedside table with a small lamp round off the cosy ambience. The en-suite bathroom has two washbasins and a walk-in shower.

The large windows of this beautiful holiday home open onto the terrace; here you can enjoy a lovely garden where you can see nothing but the lush green of its lush vegetation. To the side of the terrace is a covered bamboo roof for your al fresco meals. There is an enclosed barbecue station for lovely evenings. The beautiful pool is located in the lawn area of the garden. After a refreshing dip, you can relax on one of the four light blue sun loungers. The house is surrounded by many trees, the small orange plantation by the pool is particularly pretty. If the trees bear fruit during your stay in the villa, you should definitely try them! Even uncut, they exude a wonderfully intense flavour incomparable to anything you'll find in a British supermarket and are delicious on their own or as freshly squeezed juice.

This dreamy Villa Ca Ses Nines is located in a unique rural setting, fantastically secluded and completely quiet and almost in the middle of nature. Yet you wouldn't believe how close you are to the beach. The nearby beach, the pretty bay of Sa Marjal, is only 2,700 metres away and is mainly frequented by locals. The nearest town, the very pretty Port Verd, is approx. 3 km from Cala Millor. Port Verd is characterised by its old country houses and very modern holiday resorts. In Cala Millor you will find many different shopping opportunities. In addition to boutiques, you can also visit supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. There is also a beach promenade and various water sports facilities. For those who enjoy a round of golf, the well-known Pula Golf is within easy reach. The colourful weekly markets in Son Servera, Artà, Cala Ratjada and Capdepera are definitely worth a visit. Overall, this area is known for its natural attractions, such as the Coves del Drac (Dragon Caves) or the Coves dels Hams (Fishing Hook Caves), which are definitely worth a visit. However you would like to spend your free time on holiday - romantically as a couple or in a sociable group of four - the beautiful Villa Ca Ses Nines is highly recommended. The charming Villa Ca Ses Nines is situated in a wonderful rural and secluded location near the pretty town of Port Verd in the east of the island near Son Servera. The picturesque town of Port Verd is located directly by the sea. Here, as well as in nearby Son Servera, you can do all your daily shopping. The beach of Sa Marjal, popular with locals, is only 2.7 km away. The long sandy beach of Cala Millor is only about 10 minutes away by car.
