All the more reason for us to proudly present the Villa Casita del Mar; in addition, the villa impresses with its location directly by the sea and offers many TOP advantages. But that's not all. In a family-friendly, rural location, you can spend your holiday in absolute privacy in this quaint holiday home (the yellow house next to the property, which you can see in the photo, is uninhabited). Two terraces, both facing in different directions, offer you the opportunity to sit back and relax to your heart's content, as does the lawn around the pool. The pool is tiled with pretty blue mosaic tiles and is accessible via a wide staircase. Pool lounges invite you to sunbathe and relax. You can also enjoy a refreshing drink or a snack here. Two parasols protect you from strong UV rays. Enjoy the barbecue on warm evenings and prepare and savour dinner, perhaps with fresh regional ingredients that you have brought from the market.

Upon entering the house, you will be surrounded by a pleasant and cool, modern atmosphere, which is reflected again and again in the furnishings. Clean lines and smooth surfaces harmonise wonderfully with subtly accentuated colours and selected decorative elements. You can relax to your heart's content at any time of day on the very comfortable sofa in the living/dining room. The flat-screen TV with satellite connection is perfect for watching a good film. You can enjoy your dinner inside at the dining table and enjoy the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Through a round arch you enter the semi-detached, fully equipped kitchen, which impresses with its very modern and appealing design. Here you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven with ceramic hob and extractor fan, a dishwasher and a microwave. Of course, this is rounded off by the filter coffee machine.

You will also find plenty of storage space for your everyday items. Two elegant and modern bedrooms welcome you for a restful night's sleep. The beds measure 0.90 x 1.90 metres and are joined together to form a double bed in one of the bedrooms. Cheerful colour accents embellish the pretty bathroom with natural light and first-class furnishings and materials. An iron and hairdryer are available in the house, so you don't need to bring them from home. The house can accommodate a maximum of four people. Of course, it is also possible to book it as a couple.

The villa's close proximity to varied natural landscapes invites you to explore the charming surroundings and immerse yourself in relaxation and holiday enjoyment. Visit the market in Son Servera every Friday. The market in Artà, a little further away, is worth a visit every Tuesday. Restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance in Port Verd. Costa de los Pinos or Cala Bona have particularly good fish restaurants on offer and are definitely worth a visit. If you want to spend a day at the beach, walk to the beach in Port Vell (directly opposite!). You will also find similar landscapes in Sa Marjal or Cala Bona.

The picturesque Villa Casita del Mar is particularly unique due to its proximity to the beach, just north of the pretty village of Cala Millor. The modern and comfortably furnished house is surrounded by a well-kept estate. There are restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches very close to the accommodation.
