Can Diego is located in a wonderful rural setting, surrounded by lush vegetation with magnificent views of the Tramuntana mountains in the north of the island. At its foot lies the small town of Inca. The property is surrounded by a beautiful, almost oasis-like garden with many old trees. Lavender grows in one corner, a tall old palm tree in another; a divine mix of flowering plants and greenery all around, you will definitely enjoy exploring this garden! If you're looking for places to relax, the choice is yours: just the right piece of lounge furniture sheltered by several parasols or a quaint rocking chair. The terraces are partially covered and therefore offer cooling shade (in addition to the natural semi-shade of the trees) even on the hottest Mallorcan summer days. This unique terrace construction leads to a raised balcony with great views to the rear of the house. The pool is race-shaped and guarantees fun for the whole family. In addition, one of the terraces has a permanently installed stone barbecue for fantastic outdoor barbecues. Fresh fish and delicious meat can be bought at the weekly market in Inca. The chickens living on the villa's property as well as the herb and vegetable garden round off the harmonious, rural character.

The property can be entered from different sides through large doors. It has a total of three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is also at your disposal. Thanks to its rustic charm, you won't be able to resist trying out recipes, whizzing around the kitchen and filling the whole house with the most appetising aromas! A washing machine and dishwasher are also available, so you can tidy up with ease. Other key features include a very spacious living area, a TV, free Wi-Fi for your laptop (or smartphone or tablet), a CD/DVD player and a cosy fireplace. The living room itself impresses with its pleasant, friendly colour scheme and high-quality wooden furniture, where you can relax on the sofa or in the rocking chair and enjoy your free time to the full.

Inca is located approximately halfway between Palma de Mallorca and Alcúdia in the Raiguer region. You can reach both quickly and easily via the Ma-3240 motorway. With more than 30,000 inhabitants, Inca is the third largest city on the island and, by Mallorcan standards, is more like a town with numerous shops and small bars where you can quench your appetite and thirst with Spanish tapas, delicious drinks and other specialities. There is a small old town with many narrow streets, a churchyard with a fountain and several cosy little cafés and restaurants. If you're feeling a little adventurous, why not take a trip to the coastal areas of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro and their beaches, which are only around 30 kilometres away! When you rent this beautiful Villa Can Diego, you get a little piece of paradise just outside the small town of Inca in the heart of Mallorca. From here, you can easily reach the beaches in the north-east by car. You can do all your shopping quickly and easily in the large supermarkets in neighbouring Inca. One of the largest and most beautiful weekly markets on the island takes place here once a week.
