Lara Colonia is a charming holiday home on the east coast of Mallorca and offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

This well-equipped finca has a salt pool, sun loungers and a day bed on a secluded sun terrace. A covered terrace with outdoor heating provides a perfect dining area with mountain views. The upper floor has a spacious sun terrace with stylish lounge furniture, an outdoor dining area and breathtaking sea views of the bay of Alcúdia, complemented by a high-quality gas barbecue.

Inside, the house is spread over two floors with three comfortable double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bright living room with fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with first-class appliances. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort all year round and make Lara Colonia an ideal retreat for sun and nature lovers.

Villa Lara Colonia is located in front of the foothills of the Ferrutx mountains. The pebble beach of Ca los Camps is only 2 km away. A 1 km walk takes you to Colònia de Sant Pere, where you will find shops, a lively seafront promenade and a sheltered bathing area. Betlem is 3.5 km away and is the starting point for numerous beautiful hikes. The picturesque town of Artà is just over 12 km away, where you can stroll through the streets or enjoy the many cafés.
