If you are planning a family holiday, you know what really matters: In addition to comfortable accommodation with enough space for everyone and preferably a pool right on the doorstep, the most important thing is the location. If shopping facilities, restaurants and the beach are within easy walking distance, especially with small children, this makes life a lot easier. With the Cuéntame holiday home near Alcúdia, you get all this and more. The apartment for up to four people is located on the first floor of a bright white house with beautiful dark green shutters in the middle of a well-kept residential complex. On your balcony, you can not only sit down for dinner or an evening drink, but also enjoy the view of the lovingly designed green area with olive trees and fragrant herbs. The communal pool is the eye-catcher and centrepiece of the complex, surrounded by a paved terrace with outdoor shower and sun loungers: not only ideal for swimming and splashing around, but also a great opportunity for children to make new friends on holiday.

In your holiday apartment, which is equipped with hot water air conditioning, you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: it presents a friendly, modern and high-quality interior throughout. White walls and shiny floor tiles are complemented by colourful accessories, creating an atmosphere in which you and your family can feel completely at ease. The living and dining area as well as the open-plan kitchen merge into one another and create a pleasant spatial impression. The chic and comfortable sofa invites you to spend cosy evenings watching TV, while the sleek counter with cool green bar stools completes the ultra-modern kitchen and is perfect for a quick snack between meals. Right next to it, you can of course also take a seat at a beautiful large dining table and eat together in the evening. When you are tired, simply retire to one of the two stylishly furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a modern bathroom with washing machine.

Your holiday home enjoys a wonderfully central location: from small and large supermarkets to restaurants, bars, cafés and a pharmacy, you can reach everything on foot from here and take a leisurely stroll through the village. But the best thing is that the beach is only about 800 metres away. And that's a good thing: Alcúdia's beach, which is several kilometres long, scores with fine, white sand, turquoise water and a very good infrastructure. It offers sunbeds and parasols, restaurants, shops and bars and, of course, plenty of water sports facilities. For a trip into town, simply drive along the easily audible road (approx. 3 km) to reach Alcúdia. The town is considered one of the oldest settlements on the island and still exudes a wonderfully authentic charm today. This is not only due to the lush squares, the impressive buildings and the small, narrow streets, but also to the partially preserved and accessible town wall from the 14th century, which offers a great view of the town and its surroundings.

Centrally located and yet close to the beach, modernly furnished and equipped with a pool and sun terrace right on the doorstep: this is the pretty holiday home Cuéntame, which is located on the first floor of a house in the centre of a well-kept, green property and is particularly suitable for families with one or two children. You won't have to move your hire car around much here: shopping facilities, restaurants and the beautiful white beach of Alcúdia are within easy walking distance for you and your little ones.
