The Beach House is really easy to find You can discover it in our video, which gives an excellent impression of the marvellous location. The white beach house with turquoise-coloured shutters exudes charm in the quiet residential area. Nevertheless, this highly recognisable two-storey house fits perfectly into this neighbourhood of the tranquil little town right on the coast. At the front of the house there is a veranda on the upper floor, which continues along the right-hand side of the building. The veranda features a rustic vintage-style dining table with long benches, a prime spot to enjoy any meal with a gentle, salty sea breeze. As there is also a simple barbecue here, it is an excellent place to relax. The bamboo canopy provides shade from the sun's intense rays, while the outdoor shower provides occasional cooling. If someone else in your group asks you what you want to do today, you can confidently say: if I'm not here, I'll be on the sun deck. The roof terrace on the upper floor offers two sun loungers and a fabulous view of the azure blue sea, which is why you can really do without a pool here.

The incredibly cool and pleasantly bright impression you get outside can also be found inside. It's no exaggeration to say that the Beach House is simply perfect. A trendy white style awaits us not only on the walls and wooden ceiling beams and in the extremely graceful decor, but also in the cool industrial look of the flooring. A maritime flair wafts through the full-length sliding patio doors that open onto the terraces, welcoming you into a light-flooded, cheerful atmosphere. The doors lead directly into the heart of the house, a combined living, dining and kitchen area. The delicate oval designer table with white chairs forms the centrepiece of the room. The contemporary maritime character is reflected in the tasteful, large-format collages on the walls. The fully equipped kitchen skilfully combines white furniture with stainless steel. The fireplace provides carefree cosiness on cooler days and, in addition to the underfloor heating, ensures that this dream home can be used all year round. Relax on the bamboo sofa or the day bed next to the hallway leading to the bedrooms. The bedrooms are pleasantly compact and perfectly proportioned. The chic bathrooms are hard to beat, with walk-in showers and high quality glass partitions and a super relaxed concrete look. Perhaps they are crowned by the master bedroom, which is located on the top floor and has access to the roof.

The small coastal village of Son Serra de Marina has only around 1,000 inhabitants, most of whom live in detached houses. Everything you need for daily life is available in the town. There are also several restaurants and not forgetting El Sol, the casual beach bar right on the water. It's a great place to watch kitesurfers and windsurfers in action. This is a perfect holiday spot for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts, as well as those who enjoy spending time in the great outdoors away from mass tourism. Nevertheless, the 16 km long coastline of the Bay of Alcúdia offers enough variety for every taste: beautiful beaches, great shopping in Alcúdia, historic buildings, nature parks and much more, all in the beautiful east of the island. Here at the Beach House you are very close to the authentic Mallorca and can relax here all year round. Welcome to the year-round dream home Beach House in the pretty coastal town of Son Serra de Marina. The resort is located on the bay of Alcúdia and offers visitors all their daily needs within walking distance. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful excursion destinations, such as the medieval town of Artà, where a colourful weekly market is held on Tuesdays. Only a few metres separate you from the water and there is plenty of it in the 16 km long bay.
