The sand-coloured stone house Casa Mateu de Colonia de Sant Pere blends harmoniously into the quiet neighbourhood of this typical residential street in Colònia de Sant Pere. It not only offers a very central location, but also living right by the sea. The 270 m² plot behind the house has been optimally utilised: The well-kept, paved terrace area, partially visible through a hedge, offers various seating areas where you can relax. The house even has an outdoor kitchen, so you can live your life almost entirely outdoors on warmer days if you prefer. Outside, of course, the sloping pool invites you to take a refreshing dip after a swim, with a few comfortable sun loungers for a few pleasant hours of relaxing, reading and daydreaming.

Bright, summery, fresh and modern: that's the warm welcome you'll receive at Casa Mateu. When you enter the house on the ground floor, you look directly into the friendly, open-plan living and dining area. A beautiful, simple wooden table with matching benches and soft cushions on one side invites you to eat together, while the two small steps on the other side lead to cosy sofas, armchairs and a beautiful fireplace. If you want to watch a film in peace, you can do so in the basement. You can experiment and try out new holiday recipes in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with two wide single beds and a large wardrobe, as well as a guest WC. The other three beautifully furnished bedrooms and a modern bathroom are located on the upper floor and can be reached via the staircase.

Colònia de Sant Pere is one of the quieter holiday resorts in the otherwise very lively bay of Alcúdia. Your house is located in the centre of the village of 500 inhabitants, where the clocks tick a little slower than elsewhere. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing island holiday. You can go for a walk in the Mediterranean nature around the small village, shop in the supermarket or take a stroll to the nearby beach promenade. There you will find numerous good restaurants and cosy cafés for a nice break. The beach itself is constantly replenished with fresh sand and protected from the surf by breakwaters. If you prefer a little more peace and quiet, you can drive your hire car the 5 km along the audible road from the villa to the beach of Son Serra de Marina, where you will find both guarded and unguarded sections of beach. In Colònia de Sant Pere, be sure to take a walk to the harbour, where old fishing boats bob in the sun alongside chic yachts.

The location of the well-kept Casa Mateu de Colonia Sant Pere is simply perfect if you don't want to be dependent on your hire car every day: From here you can do your shopping on foot, stroll through the pretty surroundings Visit the holiday resort of Colònia de Sant Pere, admire the chic yachts in the picturesque little harbour or retreat to Platja de Colonia beach, which is only 400 m away and protected by breakwaters.
