The beach villa "Es Baladre Beach" is a real gem for holidaymakers. Just 100 metres from the beach, it is ideally located, which means that a hire car is hardly necessary and there is no need for a pool. The Mediterranean Sea, with its refreshing breeze and the scent of pine trees, is practically on the doorstep.

The outdoor area of the villa is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and provides privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Two covered terraces offer plenty of opportunities to relax. One has a dining area with comfortable, high-quality furniture near the charcoal barbecue, which is ideal for both breakfast and dinner. The second terrace is a relaxing lounge corner, ideal for unwinding in the evening. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing or a relaxing siesta.

The interior of the villa is as relaxed as its location, with light-coloured floor tiles and soft, atmospheric lighting. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is spacious and versatile. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the American-style counter with bar stools makes for a sociable self-catering experience. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite bathroom, while a third bedroom is located upstairs, also with an en-suite bathroom. The villa's underfloor heating ensures comfort all year round, making "Es Baladre Beach" a perfect holiday destination even in the mild winter months.

The beach villa with Mediterranean garden is located in the well-known harbour town of Alcúdia. Shopping in the town, visiting restaurants, bars or cafés can be combined with pleasant walks without having to hire a car. The long sandy beach of Platja d'Alcúdia is approx. 100 metres away.
