The traditional Mallorcan villa Llac Blau reflects the dominance of the blue element with its name. Water lovers can enjoy it in three different forms. Firstly, the holiday home with a private pool, which is also particularly child-friendly as it is separated and has a depth of between 1.60 and 1 metre. If you are also sporty, you will find the wakeboard and the Hidropark as an adventure pool. Or you can go swimming by the sea. After you have explored the historic coastal town of Alcúdia on foot, which is not only recommended for visitors interested in history, you can really relax in the privacy of this tasteful villa. In the pool, playing table tennis, on one of the sun loungers or on one of the covered terraces you will find ample opportunity to do so. The shaded terrace by the pool has a dining table and a second one for younger guests, who are very welcome. On the other side of the holiday home, close to the beach, you will find a breakfast area or the barbecue corner with grill. Finally, on the balcony on the upper floor, you can experience the exciting mix of urban flair and views of the Tramuntana mountains. The choice is yours!

You can also choose between a total of four air-conditioned bedrooms on two floors, which are generously proportioned. The three luxurious bathrooms all have bathtubs. A stay here with at least two families and up to eight people is completely unproblematic. The house is always at a pleasant temperature thanks to a hot/cold air conditioning system. On cooler days, you can also move the dining area into the house, as the living room with large double doors to the pool has an integrated dining area. In the separate kitchen, which is pleasantly fully equipped, there is also a seating area for morning coffee or to prepare for the cooking event. This room also provides access to the well-designed barbecue terrace. The overall elegant interior with marble floors, dark woodwork, light-coloured ceiling spotlights and a feudal foyer with a curved staircase conveys Mallorcan style. At Villa Llac Blau, you can feel completely at ease and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Its central location in the centre of Alcúdia offers you the advantage of being within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. The sounds of the popular seaside resort, which are unavoidable in this urban location, are gladly accepted. Not least because you can reach the beach within 12 minutes via a footpath along the medieval houses. You will find beautiful beaches in the 16 km long bay.
